Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SheetFox CRM (the "Add-on"). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

SheetFox CRM is a Google Sheets add-on that helps teams run CRM workflows in spreadsheets, including contacts, deals, interactions, and settings.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must have a valid Google account and authority to use the spreadsheets where you install the Add-on. You are responsible for account security and spreadsheet sharing permissions.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Add-on for unlawful activity.
• Attempt to interfere with Add-on operation or bypass platform controls.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Add-on beyond rights allowed by law.

5. Data Handling Overview

The Add-on processes spreadsheet CRM data and active user email to provide workflow behavior, attribution, and trigger-based automation in your Google spreadsheet.

Data remains primarily in your Google account (Sheets and Apps Script storage), and you control that data through your spreadsheet and account settings.

6. Third-Party Services

The Add-on runs on Google Workspace and Apps Script infrastructure. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google terms and policies.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Add-on software, branding, and related materials are owned by SheetFox CRM or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Add-on under these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetFox CRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the Add-on.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SheetFox CRM from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Add-on or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
